Mallorca Villas – rural and modern for 4 people, close to the golf courses

How about some holidays in one of our Mallorca Villas?  This cozy villa, built in 2003, is located in one of the exclusive areas around the S’Era de Pula Golf, in the east of the island. The center of Son Servera is only 5,5km away. Shops are located in Son Servera and Cala Millor (aprox. 5 min. by car).  In only 3,8km you can reach the Costa de Los Pinos, the closest sand beach.
The property offers a total of aprox. 7.000m² with a big garden and a living area of 160m², offering 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. In the whole house there is central heating,  Internet connection (WIFI) and ventilators are provided for the hot summer days.

The bright and spacious living / dining room invites also on colder days to stay here and having some relaxed holidays. Sit together by the fireplace, relax with SAT TV and / or CD player and your favorite music. At the dining table you can enjoy your meals with a great view of the garden and the pool. Would you like to try new mallorcan recipes and the fresh seafood and fish? In the fully equipped kitchen, all meals can be prepared without problems. Next to refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven , coffemaker etc., there is also a dishwasher and washing machine of course.

Mallorca Villas – close to the beach, private Pool, Garden + BBQ

In the exterior you can relax on the porch with dining table and enjoy your evenings under the Mediterranean sky. Or you can organize a great Barbecue and enjoy the great view of the pool and the beautiful surroundings. In the well-tended Garden with private Pool (length of 4.00m x 8.00m and depth of 1.10m – 1.80m) you can relax on the sun beds. Ideal for taking a sunbath. Of course, there are also parasols available and with a jump into the pool, you refresh yourself  anyway.

Along the east coast there are many excursion destinations such as the famous dragon caves “Cuevas del Drach” of Porto Cristo (about 3km), the pearl city of Manacor as well as the city of Artà, which can be reached in about 10-15 minutes. The towns of Artà and Canyamel, with their medieval buildings, invite to interesting walks and visits. Also worth a visit is the caves of Artà in the bay of Canyamel with the largest free-standing dripstone column in Europe, the so-called “Reina” (queen). Along the east coast of the island are the famous Calas, small, often romantic bays like Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida. Golfers will love this Villa because of their proximity to the golf courses, “S’Era de Pula” (2 km), very demanding, Golf Canyamel or Capdepera.
