This Holiday Villa Majorca is only 2 km from the long sandy beach in Cala Millor away and was built in 2005. Located in the beautiful east of the island, the property offers shopping in the nearby towns of Son Servera and Cala Millor. In just a few minutes you can reach the ‘Vía Verde‘, which takes you on foot or by bike to Artà and Manacor and is also ideal to discover the landscape and take walks with the “man’s best friend”.

You will be welcomed by a plot of approximately 11.000 m² with many native trees. The villa offers a living area of 160m², with 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, as well as WiFi.

A bright and spacious living / dining area  with satellite TV, DVD, CD and an open fireplace create a pleasant atmosphere; the whole year. From the living area you have direct access to the covered terrace, the large well-kept garden and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Also here you have a dining table and as a plus a fireplace.

The other rooms are divided as follows:
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m) + 1 bathroom ‘en suite’ with bathtub

The lush and well-kept outdoor area will delight every family member. The large garden offers enough space to play ball, do yoga or just lie on the lawn and watch the clouds. The water rats get their money’s worth in the private Pool (4.00m x 8.00m length and 0.60m – 1.80m depth) while the sun lovers start the day relaxed on one of the sun beds. Of course, the trees in the garden also like to provide shade. Pool towels are provided. An outdoor shower is available for refreshment and for dinner the whole family, as different as every member might be, come together for a barbecue on the terrace and can enjoy delicious Mediterranean dishes at the dining table. Afterwards, let the evening end comfortably in the sofa area and enjoy the Mediterranean summer air until late in the evening.
