Majorca Country Home Rental – southeast of the Island – family friendly with big garden

This beautiful Majorca country home rental was built in the 18th century and was completely restored. The style and the structure were retained during the restoration and so you can continue to enjoy the rustic flair of the old country estate. Outside, the old stables were kept with equipment and the old garage where the wagons were placed. The estate is located in the southeast of Mallorca, 2.5km from Felanitx and 10km from Manacor.

On a 2.500m² plot with 330m² living space + terraces, it is not difficult to forget the daily routine from home. Distributed over 2 floors, the house offers a total of 6 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + 1 WC and is fully equipped. Internet connection is available in the house (WiFi).

Main floor

Walking through the door you come to a large entrance area. The rooms are bright and open. In the living area you can enjoy the rural flair on the sofa and armchairs with decorative fireplace, satellite TV, CD etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator, gas stove and gas oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. Between the kitchen and the living room is the dining area, with large, rustic dining table. Furthermore, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Majorca Country Home Rental – great big pool, garden and relax area

The Exterior is the absolute highlight of this country home. With a 2.000m² of well-kept grounds, the huge Garden with palm trees, various plants and native fruit trees, it is easy to enjoy your holiday. The large and private pool (12.00m x 6.00m length, 0.80m -2.20m depth) invites you to a dip in the cool water. Treat yourself to an extensive sunbath on one of the sunbaths around the pool and if you need a cooling down, you will surely find this with a cool drink under the shade of one of the parasols. There are various seating areas where you can relax and read an exciting book or end the evening with family and friends. How about a great Barbecue or tapas evening? In order not to have to go unnecessarily into the house, there is 1 WC in the outside area.

Visit Felanitx on a Sunday morning and stroll through the typical market that spreads throughout the city. Visit the parish church of Sant Miquel and the Ermita de Sant Salvador, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the countryside. The Sanctuary of the Mare de Déu of Sant Salvador is located on Mount Sant Salvador (494m). On the summit of the mountain stands a Christ figure (1928) and is a famous hiking destination. In Felanitx you can go for shopping and you will find a large selection of restaurants and bars.
