Family Holiday Mallorca in the northeast of the island in this beautiful Villa which was built in 2008. It is located only 3.5km from Artà and 3km from Capdepera. There are two places to know, walk and visit its medieval buildings. In just a few minutes, you can reach the beautiful bays with white sand and turquoise water like Son Moll, Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida.
The Villa is situated on a plot of 7.500m² and has a living area of 300m², which extends over two floors.
The house has 5 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, it is fully equipped and has Internet connection (WIFI).

Main floor

The large and spacious living / dining room invites you with its sofas and sitting areas to the cozy get-together. Satellite TV, DVD + CD are available. At the large dining table, the entire family can easily get together for common meals. From here you have direct access to the terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a dining table. Another room with sofas where you can relax is available.

2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.35m x 1.90m).
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.05m x 1.80m).
1 bathroom with bathtub.

First floor

3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m) + 1 bathroom en suite with bath + access to the terrace overlooking the pool.
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.80m).
1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 1.90m).

1 bathroom with bathtub.

Family Holiday Mallorca – Villa with Private Pool and BBQ Area

In the exterior area you will find a large terrace which is partially covered and invites you to enjoy the meals in the fresh air, with beautiful view of the mountains. The Private Pool (10.00m x 5.00m length and depth of 0.80m – 2.20m) invites you to cool down. In the pool area you will find a sunbeds, parasols and terrace furniture. Here you can relax your soul and in the evening you can have fun together, in the BBQ Zone, while preparing fresh Mallorcan delicacies.

There will be enough bed linen and towels for your whole stay.

Also worth a visit is the caves of Artà in the Bay of Canyamel with the largest free-standing dripstone column in Europe, the so-called “Reina”. Artà invites you to linger with their many small bars and cafes as well as the small cozy village squares. A tip is the weekly market on Tuesdays with fresh fruit and vegetables.
A large selection of restaurants and nightlife can be found in the coastal towns of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada.
The position of the finca is ideal for golf lovers because of its proximity to the golf course Roca Viva of Capdepera (250m).
