Holiday Rental Majorca Cala Ratjada – Family holiday close to the Beach

The holiday rental Majorca Cala Ratjada is located in the north east of the island. It lies in a suburb, a quiet residential area, just a few meters from the coast. Beaches and ‘calas’ (small bays) are nearby: the bays of Na Pedruscada (300m) and the white sand beach of Son Moll (900m).

The holiday rental is on a plot of 1000m² and has a living area of 230m². It is totally equipped and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is air conditioning (cold/warm) in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms and also you can enjoy the warmth of the chimney on colder days. All trough the house there is Internet connection (WiFi).

Main floor

In the spacious and bright living / dining area you can enjoy cozy evenings on the sofas close by the fireplace, with satellite TV, CD and DVD or to taste common mallorcan dishes at the dining table. From the living room, you have direct access to the garden and the covered terrace with beautiful view over the garden and the pool.

In the kitchen there is of course nothing to be missed. In addition to a dining table, the kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, water cooker, etc. In the storage room you will find the washing machine. There is also a direct access to the covered terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms:

1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m)
2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds (0.90m x 1.90m)
1 bathroom with bath and shower
1 bathroom with bathtub.

First floor

1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.60m x 1.90m) + access to a terrace with magnificent views of the surroundings and the sea.

Without doubts the best thing about this holiday rental majorca cala ratjada is the great outdoor area. Come together, on the large, covered terrace with dining table, which invites you to eat and enjoy the great mallorcan clima. Relax in the Chill-Out area with sofas or play a round billiard or table tennis. In the evening you can organize a BBQ together with your family and enjoy your holiday. In the Garden is the Private Pool (4.00m x 8.00m long and 0.80m – 1.80m deep), which can be fenced on request for the small guests. Around the pool you can enjoy an extensive sunbath. Outside you will find a bathroom with toilet with shower, so no one has to walk into the house if you are enjoying outside.

Cala Ratjada was once a small fishing port. Today it is one of the tourist centers of the island. You will find a large selection of restaurants, typical Mallorcan as well as international, bars and cafes. Walk along the promenade or visit the surrounding villages of Artà and Capedepera with their medieval flair. Enjoy the typical Mallorcan life and stroll along the weekly market of Capdepera on a Wednesday morning. Also interesting is the old Castell in Capdepera.
The sports enthusiasts will find, next to the nearby golf courses, also in only 700m distance, the  tennis club.
Along the white sand beaches, such as Son Moll or Cala Agulla, various water sports can be practiced during the summer months. For horse fans there is the riding school Bonanza (2.6Km) in Cala Ratjada, which offers horse back riding trips for the whole family.
