The wonderful holiday rental with private pool and views to the nature, only about 3km from the historic city of Petra, in the interior of the island of Mallorca and about 23km from the white sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina.

The house has a living area of  357m² built is distributed over 2 floors and is fully equipped. On the main floor there are 6 bedrooms + 6 bathrooms en suite with bath and shower. There is air conditioning (hot-cold) throughout the house and Internet connection (WIFI).

Main floor

6 bedrooms with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 1.90m) + Access to the terrace and pool + 1 bathroom en suite with tub and shower.

First floor

The living room with fireplace is very spacious and bright. It has a very comfortable sofa area to rest or watch satellite TV. In the dining area, you can enjoy wonderful meals in a large dining table. The kitchen, with access to the terrace; it is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc. The terrace, which can be covered with awning, is ideal for organizing barbecues and is provided with a large table to eat 12 people from where you can enjoy the views of the private pool. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is also a guest WC.

Holiday Rental Mallorca with Pool for children and adults – Barbecue

Finca Mallorca has a covered porch overlooking the Private Pool (8.00m x 10.00m). The pool is divided into a pool for Children (0.60m) deep and another part for Adults (up to 1.80m). Around the pool, we find the Barbecue and several hammocks to rest. In the sun or under the umbrellas you can enjoy the magnificent Mediterranean sun. It also has an outdoor shower, Tennis court and a community Volleyball court that you can use. You can also rent a Ping-Pong table. In this property there are 2 Safes and a private parking. Pool towels can be provided on request.

For larger groups it is also possible to rent several of our houses together. The properties are close to each other but still have a high level of privacy.
This house is connected with the villas ref.218 + 220 – 223, in addition there is also a restaurant, which can be booked for events if necessary.
