You can experience a very special vacation here in this Mallorca holiday house, close to the center of Son Servera. In perfect harmony with nature you can spend carefree holidays here, as the entire property is very private, surrounded by pine and native trees. Furthermore the house has been restored and the Mallorcan, traditional charm has been retained.

A large and natural plot with a total of about 15.000 m² offers a house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of them ‘en suite’, on a total of 225 m². Internet (Wifi) is available.

Upon entering the house, the living and dining area welcomes you in an comfortable, traditional, Mallorcan charm. In the sofa area, you can relax in the evening by the fireplace to review your eventful day or watch a movie together on the satellite TV.
At the large dining table all family members find space to enjoy their favorite dishes. Even on fresher days, you can spend such wonderful holidays. The kitchen with American breakfast bar is fully equipped, so you can conjure together your favorite recipes and new dishes from the Mediterranean kitchen. In addition to dishwasher, microwave. Refrigerator, coffee maker (filter), gas stove and oven, a washing machine is also available here.

The remaining accommodation is divided as follows:

1 bedroom with bunk bed (each 0.90m x 1.90m).

1 bathroom with shower.

The following 3 bedrooms have direct access to the garden.

1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.40m x 1.90m) + bathroom ‘en suite’ with bathtub and shower.
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 2.00m) + bathroom ‘en suite’ with bathtub and shower.

In the morning you start your day with your coffee on the porch. With beautiful views of the hills and nature, you can relax and enjoy in this Mallorca Holiday House. After having breakfast on the terrace, you can continue to tackle your day in peace and quiet by the pool area. Next to the private pool (7.00m x 5.00m length) the  another highlight is the Jacuzzi. After a refreshment, allow yourself a extended sunbath on one of the 5 sun loungers. Pool towels are provided for your stay abd if it gets too hot, you can find shade under the sun shades.
In this private, natural setting, the BBQ evening (fixed charcoal grill) is especially fun. At the dining tables on the terrace you can end your evening very comfortably.
