The property offers a 7.100m² large plot with plenty of space, to enjoy with the whole family or with friends a relaxing holiday. The living area with 360m² is distributed on 2 floors and totally equipped. While offering 6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms + 1 WC and Internet (WIFI), you can stay here together without getting to cosy, as there is space enough for everyone.

Main floor

Entering in the large entrance hall, with the original 19th century tiles, you can see that the typical, Mallorcan and rural original style has been maintained. A large dining room with fireplace offers space to enjoy your meals alltogether, in case you dont feel like dining outside one day. A cosy living room invites to have some relaxed hours, either catching up with family members or watchin the satellite TV with USB conection. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, large refrigerator, coffee machine, pantry, water cooker etc and furthermore it offers you another dining table. In adition, on the main floor is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as:

1 bedroom with 1 double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) + 1 bathroom en suite with bath tub

1 WC.

First floor

Going up to the first floor you will find another living area, where you can either relax and read your favorite book, listen to music or watch satelitte- TV.

Surrounded by nature, the highlight of the property is, of course, the great exterior. There is ample space on the large terrace and either a small snack or your favorite drink – you can enjoy both the shade and the Mediterranean sun. In the pool area all family members will have a good time and enjoy the holidays. The private pool (9.00m x 5.00m length) and (0.80m – 1.50m depth) invites you to jump in the water and to refresh yourself there is also an outdoor shower, after sunbathing in one of the sun beds that you can find around the pool.

Forget about everyday life and rest between trees and shrubs that surround the property with its Mallorcan nature flair. On the terrace there is a dining table and several places to sit relaxed. You can also enjoy the Barbecue, built to have great family nights. Pool towels are provided so you do not have to bring them.
