With its unique hillside location the holiday cottage with sea view offers its guests a plot of more than 7.000m² and a living area of 200m² and on two levels, it is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Environmentally friendly, the energy from wind and sun (a generator ensures a continuous supply) and the water from its own well in the yard are obtained on the property.

Main level

The cozy and spacious living room together with the kitchen and the terrace adjoining the living room form the main level of the holiday home. The living / dining area with air conditioning welcomes you to cozy hours on the sofa and rocking chairs by the fireplace. In addition to satellite TV, the living area offers a music system and a large dining table, from which you can enjoy beautiful landscape views, even from the inside. The kitchen with recognition value is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster and another dining table. There is a small pantry next to the kitchen.

Lower level

The other rooms are located in the basement, so you can get your well-deserved rest at night in the cool bedrooms in summer. As an extra, 2 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and central heating for the cooler winter days.

The exterior invites you to spend relaxing hours, because with these wonderful views it is really not difficult to relax. The large and partly covered terrace is sheltered from the wind due to the construction of the house and is therefore ideal for use; no matter what time of day. Whether for  breakfast in the morning or  a cozy barbecue evening (gas BBQl) to end the day with Mallorcan dishes – here you can relax together at the large dining table. At the pool area you can hold your deserved “siesta” on one of the sun loungers or on the Balinese bed, which helps you to leave your everyday stress behind. What would a vacation be without your private pool? Jump into the cool water and enjoy the refreshment in the 3.00m x 6.00m long infinity pool, which is filled with salt water.
