Holiday Home for 6 people with sea views, 3 bedrooms, Wifi, close to the beach

In the cozy living area there are sofas to relax, satellite TV, fireplace and direct access to the porch with great views until the town and bay of Cala Millor. The kitchen – dining area is spacious, bright and it is  fully equipped with crockery and kitchenware such as: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, etc. There is a large dining table and also a seperate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes and ironing board.

The 3 bedrooms are provided with fans in the summer months:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) + safe + 1 bathroom with shower
1 bedroom with twin beds (0.90m x 1.80m) + 1 bathroom with shower + access to the exterior area
1 bedroom with twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m)

1 bathroom with bath tub.

Outside, you can spend cozy holiday moments on the terrace with dining table, where you can look out over the sea at breakfast and plan your day in a relaxed manner. The house has a private pool (length 10.00m x 4.00m, depth up to 1.80m) with sun beds, where you can easily unwind. The house is in a natural environment with pine, oak and olive trees with a well-tended garden and there is a Barbeque provided, ready to enjoy the fresh Mallorcan dishes with friends and family.

For a minimum rental period of 7 days, the final cleaning is included in the price.

Shops are within walking distance, for example, only 1.8km away in Cala Millor. The villa is located directly on the so-called ”Vía Verde’‘, which was originally to become a railway line from Manacor to Artà. Now you can walk here or go by bike over Son Servera to Artà and the beautiful landscape. In Son Servera you can stroll comfortably over the weekly market, enjoy a cafe in the market square and look at the Iglesia Nova, which has been constructed by a Gaudi’s employee, but has never been completed. Today in the church without roof, concerts, weddings etc. take place. By car you can also explore the famous Calas, often romantic bays like Cala Torta and Cala Petita. A large selection of restaurants and a varied nightlife can be found in the coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Cala Ratjada.
