This Holiday Rental is located in the northeast of the island, just approx. 4,5km from the white sandy beach of  Son Serra de Marina and only 10km from Ca’n Picafort away.The attractive summer destination is next to the urbanization Betlem and the natural park of the Serra de Levante. Enjoy beautiful landscapes an interesting starting point for excursions by bicycle, foot and of course also by car.

The holiday rental offers a plot of approx. 29.000m² with a living area of 250m², spread over 2 floors. It is totally equipped and the house has 5 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, Airconditioning (living-dining area – 2 bedrooms) and internet connection (WiFi).

Enjoy the natural ambience of this holiday rental with its variety of plants and trees. The well maintained property offers rose bushes, cacti and palm trees around the house. The pool area is elevated and has 2 private pools. For the safety of the children the area is fenced, has parquet floor and is accessible via a staircase. The main pool is (5.00m x 3.00m) with a depth of (1.60m). The children’s pool is (1.80m x 1.20m) with a depth of (0.35m). There are, next to sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, different seating areas on the property. On the covered terrace with dining table, the whole family enjoys their meals together. There is also a terrace with Barbecue and a Laundry room with washing machine, iron etc.
