This spacious holiday cottage for 4 people, located in a great and natural setting, offers you a year-round, relaxing break in the east of Mallorca.
The large plot of 2,000m² in total is home to numerous trees and a large fruit and vegetable garden, which has been lovingly cared for by the owner family for decades.

The house offers a minimalist style on 165m², which extends over the 2 floors with 2 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, up to the terrace and has WiFi and central heating.

Main floor

Of course, when you are on vacation you want to have enough space and feel at home. Absolutely no problem in this holiday home – and all year round. The cozy living area with sofa corner and fireplace invites you to relax and of course also offers satellite TV. Openly designed, it flows over to the dining area, where you and your guests can try the Mallorcan delicacies. These you can easily prepare in the kitchen with country house style, which is of course fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine (Italian + filter), microwave, oven and all other important details.

Holiday Cottage for 4 people with private Pool, BBQ and big terrace

Enjoy the large outdoor area of the Holiday Home in the secluded pool area and sunbathe on one of the loungers. Umbrellas are available and you have a view of the private pool (8.00 m x 4.00 m length and 0.80 m – 1.20 m depth) which offers refreshment for the whole family. Pool towels are of course available. There is enough space here. Enjoy your morning coffee on the pool terrace and later feast on the large, covered terrace with a spectacular view of the landscape. In the evening, spoil yourself with fresh Mallorcan dishes from the barbeque.
