These Holiday Villa belongs to the area of Son Servera and was renovated in 2007. The house is located in a great location, away from the crowds, in the east of the island. The exclusive area of Serra de Pula is known for its challenging golf course. Son Servera is only 2 km away. The nearest white sand beaches are in Costa de los Pinos (3.3 km) and Cala Millor (5.9km).

The Villa is built on 2.100m² of land and has a living area of 120m². Even if it is a newly built finca, much attention was paid to original, Majorcan furnishings and details. The holiday villa has 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 bathroom at the pool area and of course the Internet connection (WIFI) is not missing.

The friendly living room with its sofa area, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD invite to relax. In the rustic dining area you can discover and enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine together. The American kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

There are 4 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m) + 1 bathroom ‘en suite’ with shower.
1 bedroom with twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m).
2 bedrooms each with twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m).

In the exterior, you can lean back with your favorite drink on one of the terraces and relax. Whether in the sun, on one of the sun beds by the pool or in the Chill-Out area, which was built directly at the pool – everyone finds their favorite place to relax and enjoy in this holiday villa. On the covered terrace there is a large dining table. Enjoy a cozy Barbecue evening with a brilliant view of the pool. At the pool area, besides the sun beds, umbrellas are also available and you have a wonderful view of the surroundings and the mountains. The private Pool (8.00m x 4.00m length and depth of 0.60 m – 1.80 m) with Roman steps, invites you to jump into the cool water. There is a bathroom in the pool area, complete with shower, so you do not have to walk through the house after swimming. Especially with children this is of course very handy. Pool towels are available.
