The luxurious Villa Mallorca is located in Petra. It was built in 1919 and recently renovated while retaining its rural character and is located in a nature reserve, practically in the middle of the forest offering beautiful views of the mountains, the landscape and the Hermitage of Bonany. The nearest beaches are the white sand beaches of Cala Millor and Can Picafort, around 25-30km away.
The luxury rental villa is situated on a 20.000m² plot and has a living area of 270m², distributed on  two floors. It is totally equippedand there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, central heating throughout the house, as well as internet connection (WIFI).

Main floor

In the beautiful, spacious and bright living / dining room you can spend pleasant hours with yours in the sofa area with fireplace, SAT-TV, CD and DVD. The large dining table offers plenty of space to sit with 10 people and enjoy lunch or dinner together. From the living room you have direct access to the outside. In the kitchen of the modern villa, there is another large dining table fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee maker. It also has a washing machine and dryer.

1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.35m x 1.90m)
1 bedroom with twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m)

First floor

Luxury Rental Villa – recreation with Private Pool and Outside kitchen

In the large and beautiful exterior area, you can enjoy the nature at the Private Pool (length of 10.00m x 4.00m, depth of 0.00m – 2.00m) with Roman steps. There are sun beds around the pool area, where you can take a nice sunbath and relax. The pool area is the perfect place to end your evenings. On the large covered terrace with dining table, it’s easy to enjoy your favorite drinks and taste the fresh, Majorcan dishes, directly prepared from the BBQ at the Outside kitchen. In addition to the great exterior area with a large barbecue, there is an outside bathroom with shower.

Visit the birthplace of Juníper Serra, the founder of American cities such as San Francisco. The nearest beaches can be found around Porto Cristo, or in tourist places like Cala Millor.
