Holiday Rentals Villas Majorca – One of our Highlights is this beautiful villa, located in walking distance to the beautiful small beach of Cala Sa Nau ( 1.5km) and the places S’Horta (2km) and Cala D’Or (3km), in the south east of Mallorca.

The villa is on a plot of 6.500m² and welcomes you with  a living area of 450m² plus terraces. Distributed over 2 floors, the villa is fully equipped and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 guest WC, as well as Internet via WIFI, central heating and air conditioning (10 hrs./day) in all bedrooms.

Main floor

In the large and cozy furnished living area you can comfortably sit and relax by the fireplace with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The open, large room leads into the dining area, with dining table for 10 people. From the living area you have access to the porch with a great view of the entire pool area In the kitchen you can comfortably prepare your favorite meals for 10 persons. Equipped with dishwasher, gas stove with 5 burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge + freezer, you will not miss anything here. A dining table is here close to the fireplace, inviting you to enjoy snacks or coffee here. Also on the main floor you have 1 guest toilet.

In the large exterior area it is not difficult to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean holiday flair. On the porch, overlooking the pool, you can eat together, relax in the Lounge area or simplyrelax in the well kept Garden with over 2.000m² with Private Pool (length 14.00m x 7.00m, depth of 0.40m – 2.40m). It invites to jump into the cool water. And in order to prevent boredom you can play table tennis with your friends and family. Laying on one of the sun beds by the pool area or enjoy relaxing evenings on the porch or the covered pool Terrace.  There are also pool towels and an outside kitchen equipped with Barbecue, wood oven, refrigerator etc. and outside there is another bathroom with shower at your disposal too.
