This modern and luxury Villa Rental in the east of Mallorca, built in 2010, is located between Manacor (4km) and Colònia Sant Pere (19km). The villa convinces by the proximity to the nature reserve, as well as to the cities and beaches.

In this particular villa, with a plot of 20.000m² and a 500m² living area on 2 floors, the discerning traveller spend here a relaxed, comfortable time out. In modern, stylish design, the luxury villa is stylish furnished and has 7 bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. To enable a relaxing stay throughout the year, there is air conditioning and central heating throughout the house, as well as Internet (WIFI).

Main floor

The large rooms invite you to relax with the stylish furniture. In the large living area you will meet with friends or family. Problem-free everyone finds a place on the chairs or one of four sofas. Watch a movie on the flat screen (sat- TV) or end the day, relaxing by the fireplace. From the living area it goes over into the kitchen, which invites with its open concept and is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, etc. In the main floor there is also a guest toilet, as well as the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, another refrigerator, iron and ironing board.

4 bedrooms each with 2 beds (0.90m x 2.00m) + each with bathroom ‘en suite’.

First floor

Upstairs there are 4 suites (45m²)  equipped with:
2 beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m), sofa and armchairs, TV, safe, mini bar + bathroom ‘en suite’ with shower and Jacuzzi bath.

Outside it is easy to switch off from the daily life. Surrounded by nature you can enjoy the large, Luxurious Property. The terrace stretches around the entire villa and one of the highlights is of course the pool area. The private Saltwater Pool (10.00m x 4.00m, depth of 1.00m -1.75m), surrounded by sunbeds and sunshades, offers excellent conditions to unwind. Of course, a shower is also available. The absolute highlight in the exterior area is the large Outdoor Kitchen. The covered area offers, in addition to 2 Barbecue areas,  also refrigerator, dishwasher and of course plenty of space to enjoy together the evenings here.
