This beautiful Villa Majorca is located just outside the town Costitx (2.2km). Inca, known for the footwear industry and leather goods, is at only 9.9km. In Sineu, just 7.3 km, you can visit the weekly market and lunch at one of the restaurants and bars in town.

The Finca consists of about 36.000m² and the house has 290m² + terraces of ca. 600 m². The Villa Majorca is fully equipped and has 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms + 1 bathroom in the pool area. The Villa also provides Central Heating  and internet (WiFi) all through the house.

In the living room with very charming and cozy atmosphere you can relax in the sofa area with satellite TV, Cd and DVD. There is also a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a dining table. Additional there is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Villa Majorca – The exterior invites with its rural touch and Majorcan decor and a garden with variety of fruit trees such as olive, almond, lemon, etc. The property is completely fenced and offers you different seating areas. At the covered porch you can enjoy dinner together with 8 people. Enjoy a BBQ night with family and friends at the Barbeque area with wooden oven and carcoal/wood grill and another dining area. Around the private salt water pool (10.00m x 5.00m long) and depth of (0.90m to 2.00m) you can relax on one of the 6 sunbeds. The pergola offers some shadow to read your favorite book or enjoy a fresh drink. Furthermore at the pool area you have another bathroom with shower. Pool towels are provided. If you enjoyed your sunbath how about a match of Table Tennis?

There will be enough bed linen and towels for your whole stay.

For sports, the holiday home is about 20km away from the golf courses of Llucmajor and about 35km from the tennis courts of Palma de Mallorca. The villa is situated about 6.5km from Sineu and on one of the flight routes of Palma (~40km). To learn more about the towns of Sant Joan-Sineu-Petra we recommend cross them on foot or by bicycle because of the beauty of its natural landscapes. They are incorporated into many cycling routes and of course and afterwards you can visit the many restaurants, cafes and shops.
