This cozy Holiday Home Mallorca is located in Cala Bona with beautiful sea views from the sun terrace. You can reach the white sand beach in Cala Bona in a very short Walking Distance,  as well as the shops and restaurants or the center of Cala Millor. Central and rural at the same time. The best of both worlds you can find here. Spend with family and friends a few days by the sea and enjoy some good meals and barbecues together in a private and relaxed atmosphere.

Situated on a plot of 1.800m² with olive-, lemon- and carob trees the Holiday Home is equipped with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and distributed in 3 separate units with Internet via WIFI.

There is an entrance hall leading into the living room with comfortable sofas to relax and watch satellite TV, plus a large dining table to eat with family and friends.

Unit 2
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker etc.. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 1.95m).
1 bathroom with shower.

Unit 3
1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m) + 1 bathroom with shower.
There is a roof terrace accessed by stairs, from where you have exellent views down to the sea.

Holiday Home Cala Bona with private Pool and Barbecue

The exterior welcomes you with plenty of space. The private Pool (7.00m x 3.00m) and an uniform depth of (1.35m) is accessed by steps.
The terrace covered with a hurdle has a table for 6 people and seats to rest, quietly read a book or have a coffee enjoying life on one of teh sun beds. Outside there is a large terrace that has a Barbecue (charcoal) allowing the organization and enjoyment of a good outdoor dinner with friends and family.
