This beautiful Villa Rental in majorcan style is situated approx. 4km from Petra with beautiful view on the mountain and on the village. Due to its central location, it has easy access by car to Palma and Manacor and the white sand beaches of white sand in Majorca, as the beaches of Can Picafort about 23km.

The Villa Rental has a plot of 14.000m² , the living area about 335m² and it is distributed on 2 levels fully equipped. It has 5 bedrooms + 4 bathroom and 1 toilet. Also there is Air Conditioning (cold/heat) throughout the house and Internet Connection (WIFI).

In the living room you can relax or watch satellite TV in the sofa area or enjoy great dinner all together in the dining are with table for 10 person. The kitchen  is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, etc. There is also an iron and ironing board. One living room is equipped with fireplace and sofas to relax, read or watch TV.

The Covered Porch has a sofa area to relax and read as well as a table to eat up to 10 people allowing you to organize outdoor Barbecues with family and friends. The Private Pool has a length of (9.50m x 15.50m) and a depth of (1.60m). There is a Tennis court and a community Volleyball court that you can use and you can also rent a Ping-Pong table.
There are 2 safes and private parking and has 12 hammocks and 2 umbrellas.

Pool towels can be provided on request.

This house is connected with the villas ref. 219 – 223, in addition there is also a restaurant, which can be booked for events if necessary.
