This beautiful Holiday House Nature surrounded, is located outside of Son Servera, just a few kilometers from the white sandy beaches of Costa de los Pinos and Cala Millor. In a beautiful environment the holiday house is with numerous fruit trees such as almond-, carob- and olive trees. Within only 5 min. by car you can reach the shops and restaurants.

The property welcomes you with its rustic Mallorcan style, decorated with much taste and detail, with various amenities helping, to enjoy your stay. The plot has 14.000m² and the house offers a living area of 132m², equipped with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and Internet connection (WIFI).

The living/dining area and kitchen share the same open space. In the living area with wood burning fireplace, there are sofas to watch satellite TV (Smart-TV) or listen to music. There is a dining area with a table where you can enjoy tasty meals and dinners, separated from the kitchen by an American bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, two coffee makers (filter and capsulas-Dolce Gusto) and refrigerator.

1 bathroom with shower and also one laundry room with washing machine, iron and iron board.

For the warmest days in summer the house provides fans in the bedrooms and for the winter days electric heating.

Holiday House Nature, private Saltwater Pool, Barbeque and Relax Area

The house is surrounded by different fruit trees and the orchard and to enjoy the mallorcan flair to the fullest the porch has a dining table to enjoy your meals and a relax area with sofas, overlooking the Pool. At the Barbecue area near the pool, you prepare grilled vegetables, meat or fish, with family and friends. The private saltwater Pool (4.00m x 8.00m length, depth 0.90m – 1.75m) is ideal for swimming and cooling off on the hottest summer days or you just relax on one of the sun beds and take a quick refreshment under the outside shower. In the holiday house pool towels are provided and the property offers a car port for your rental car.
