This beautiful beach villa Costa de los Pinos is located in an exclusive residential area, in the east of Majorca, at the Costa de los Pinos. Within a few minutes you can reach the center of Son Servera, as well as the tourist coastal towns of Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Only a few meters away is the Bar “Playa”, which is popular with its celebrities thanks to its exquisite dishes and special ambience.
The beach villa impresses with its generous estate of a total of 7000m² and a living area of 350m², distributed on 2 floors. In total, the villa has 5 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, as well as underfloor heating and Internet (WIFI).

Main floor

The bright and modern living / dining area is very spacious and invites with its large panorama windows to cozy hours with family or friends. In the sofa area you can relax by the fireplace with satellite TV and a piano is available for the musical guests. The dining area with its large table invites to dinner together. From the living room you reach the porch with access to the beach and the pool. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dining table, satellite TV, fireplace, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator etc. From the kitchen can access the garage, as well as the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and 1 bathroom with shower.

The absolute highlight in this modern villa is of course the exterior area. The spacious property with direct access to the Beach makes it easy for everyone to enjoy the holiday. From the porch with Chill-out Area you come to the pool area. Relax on one of the sun beds at the private Pool (12.00m x 8.00m length, depth of 0.80m – 1.80m) and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. On the porch is also a large dining table, where you can enjoy delicious, fresh barbecue meals. In addition to a Barbecue, there is also a wood stove on the property. Pool towels are available.
