A relaxing family holiday you can enjoy in this wonderful villa, tastefully decorated in Majorcan style, which is located about 3 km from the city of Petra, an ideal position from where you can travel to any corner of the island of Mallorca.

The Villa is situated on a land of  14.000m² and the house has about 265m² distributed on 2 floors. It is fully equipped and has 5 bedrooms + 5 full bathrooms en suite. The Villa is equipped with air conditioning (hot-cold) thoughout the house and internet (WIFI).

Main floor

The living room with fireplace is very spacious and has a dining table for 10 people and an area of sofas with Satellite TV to relax. It also has direct access to the porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, 2 coffe makers, etc. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor

Family Holiday with children, Private Pool and Porch with Barbecue

On the porch there is a big table for 12 people, where you can organize wonderful barbecues nights with family and friends. The Private Pool (11.00m x 8.00m and depth of 1.60m) has a separated part for children with a depth of (0.60m). Also it has a outdoor shower. Enjoy the Mediterranean sun on one of the sun beds or relax under the 2 large umbrellas in the shade. On the terrace you can enjoy views of the pool and mountains; it is decorated with beautiful arches in the Roman style. It also has a covered parking, so you don’t have to worry about your vehicles.
There is a Tennis court and a community Volleyball field which can be used and also rent a Ping-Pong. There are 2 safes and a private parking.

Pool towels can be provided on request.

Pets are not allowed!

For larger groups it is also possible to rent several of our houses together. The properties are close to each other but still have a high level of privacy.
This house is connected with the villas ref. 218 – 222, in addition there is also a restaurant, which can be booked for events if necessary.

The location of the Villa is ideal to enjoy the  countryside and stunning views of the area of Bonany, which is great for cycling, golf, hiking, etc. Also you should visit the typical handicraft markets of Mallorca, like Petra (3km), one typical Mallorcan village with its bars, restaurants, famous gastronomy and cultural areas, such as the Convent of Sant Bernadí.
