This great Family Villa rental is located in a beautiful and a rural environment, about 6.5km from Felanitx and 11.5km from Manacor, where you can make your purchases and discover the typical restaurants. You will discover the nearby sandy beaches with the rental car, for example the Cala Marsal in ca. 20km or the Es Trenc beach in about 30km.
In this family villa rental you can enjoy a big plot of aprox. 24.000m² with a large lawn area, a living area of aprox. 220m², which extend over two floors. It is fully equipped and has 6 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms and Internet (WIFI).
Main floor
In the comfortable living room you can enjoy your holiday, together on the sofas with satellite TV and DVD or relax on cooler days on the chairs by the fireplace. The kitchen, with a large dining table, is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Furthermore, the house has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The other rooms are divided as follows:
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.80m).
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m).
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each 0.90m x 1.80m).

Visit Felanitx on a Sunday morning and stroll through the typical market that spreads throughout the city. Visit the parish church of Sant Miquel and the Ermita de Sant Salvador, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Landscape. The Sanctuary of the Mare de Déu of Sant Salvador is located on Mount Sant Salvador (494m). On the top of the mountain stands a figure of Christ (1928) and is a well-known hiking destination. In Felanitx you have shopping and you will find a large choice of restaurants and bars within only a few minutes by car from teh family villa rental.

The absolute highlight is the nature in the environment: Many different species of birds, geckos, butterflies, rabbits, partridges, sheep, a cat and not to beat the two chickens belonging to the finca. One is shy and lays an egg almost every day, the other believes it is a dog and walks the world with courage, curiosity and confidence.
The host is very accommodating and friendly and speaks Spanish as well as English and German.
We had a great holiday and can only recommend hosts, finca and the two chickens.
