This Finca Holiday Rental is located in the east of the island, only 1km from the closest sand beach. Porto Cristo with its white sandy beach and beautiful harbor, can be reached in just 2.5km. In the small harbor town you will find a wide range of leisure and water sports activities, restaurants and shops, which invite you to stroll.
The plot of this Finca holiday rental has a total of 5000m² and the house offers  a living area of 200m², distributed over 2 floors.

Main floor

The living-dining room with direct access to the pool, has a sitting area with sofa, satellite TV, and a dining table. The large kitchen is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, 2 coffee makers, cooking utensils, etc. In the kitchen there is also a dining table, so you can choose your favorite place to eat.

There are 2 bedrooms:

The exterior of this finca holiday rental invites you to relax and enjoy your holidays. On the porch with dining table, porch swing and barbecue (charcoal), you can enjoy the surroundings and dinner in the company of family and friends. The private salt water Pool (9.40m x 4.10m) and a depth of (0.80m – 1.80m) invites with its sun beds to relax and for the safety of children the pool area is fenced. In the Chill-Out area you can enjoy your favorite drink or read a good book. In addition, there is an outside bathroom and pool towels will be provided. The kids can also enjoy themselves on a trampoline.
There is private garage / parking.

The harbour of Porto Cristo was originally a fishing port dating back to the 12th century. Nowadays, Porto Cristo is one of the most important tourist resorts on the island due to its caves (Coves del Drac). Inside the world’s famous Cuevas del Drach you will find the largest underground lake in Europe, Lake Martel, where you can enjoy a rad concert. A small orchestra crosses the lake on illuminated boats and plays classical music.
