This beautiful holiday cottage Mallorca is built from stone, in typical and authentic mallorquin Style and it is located between Son Servera and Artà.
From here you can explore the island by bike, motor or car. Son Servera you can reach in 7 km and the coastal towns Cala Millor and Costa de Los Pinos with its beautiful sand beaches in only 8km.

The Holiday cottage Mallorca offers a total plot of 30.000m² and the house has a living area of 230m². It is distributed on 2 levels with 3  bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and it is fully equipped . The house provides Internet connection (WIFI) and a Safe.

Main floor
In the spacious living area you can relax on the sofas with SAT-TV and fire place. Also there is a dining area where you can enjoy your meals all together. The kitchen provides another seating area and is fully equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave and fridge.

Furthermore you can also relax in another small room with fire-place, relax or read a good book.

Enjoy the private Saltwater Pool  (4.00m x 8.00m) length and depth of (1.05m – 1.70m) with roman steps or relax on the sunbeds. Parasols are provided and a outside shower helps to refresh in the summer months. The pool and Garden area are fenced for the security of the children, also pooltowels will be provided. On the Porch you can sit together with family and friends and enjoy dinner under the mediteranean sky. How about a great Barbecue night with fresh mallorcan dishes?

At 1.5 km are Cala Millor, Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona, all of them sandy beaches. The nearby touristic area of Cala Millor, Cala Ratjada, Sa Coma and S´Illot with sandy beaches offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. During the summer diferent kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.
