The marvellous holiday Rental in Port Verd is located in the east of Majorca, 350m from the natural beach of Port Verd and only aprox. 2km from the white sandy beach of the Costa de los Pinos.  The finca surroundings are full of almond trees, especially beautiful when all those trees are blooming during the months of January and February. You can reach Son Servera within 5 minutes by car and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars.

The Villa has 14.000m² with a living area of aprox. 350m² is totally equipped. The Holiday Rental is distributed over 2 levels with 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms , central heating and Internet (WIFI).

Main Floor

Enjoy the living-room with dining area, very spacious and shining, with Satellite TV, CD, DVD, etc. It is looking to the great covered terrace with marvellous views over the Private Garden and Private Pool. The house has pool towels too. The kitchen is very spacious too with dining area and fully equipped with: washing-machine, dryer-machine, dishwasher, vitro, oven and microwave.

1 bedroom with double-bed (1.80m x 2.00m).

1 complete bathroom with shower.

First Floor

1 bedrooom with 1 bed (1.50m x 2.00m) + 1 complete bathroom en suite with bathtub.
1 bedroom with twin beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m).
1  bedroom with 1 trundle bed with 2 beds of (each 0.90m x 2m).

1 complete bathroom with shower.
Also there is one TV room for rest or for read, very spacious and shining with great windows with nice views.

Holiday Rental close to Cala Bona with Private Pool, BBQ, Great Garden

In the exterior area is the big covered Terrace with dining tabele, from where you can overlook the garden and Private Pool (10.00m x 5.00.m) and depth of (0.80m x 1.80m) with corner steps. Around the pool area you can take a nice sunbath on one of the sun beds or refresh yourself under the exterior shower. Or how about a great Barbecue night with family or friends.

For a minimum rental period of 7 days, the final cleaning is included in the price.

To go out at night we recommend a visit to the towns of Cala Millor or Cala Rajada. Always the same temperature of 20 ° C in summer and winter you can find inside the “Caves of Campanet“, which also have the highest natural column in Europe, called ‘The Queen’. In the village of Son Servera you will find several typical Mallorcan and international restaurants.
