The living / dining area is very bright and spacious and has an exit to the porch, with a fantastic view of the garden and the pool. Cozy hours can be spent here in the sofa area with satellite TV or at the large dining table. In the kitchen you can prepare your favorite meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee machine and italian coffee machine, dining table, etc. Furthermore, there is a storage room and a household with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board on the ground floor and another room which can be used as playroom.

The private Pool (length 5.00m x 10.00m, depth of 1.15m – 1.80m) invites you to jump into the cool water. With the stone BBQ you prepare barbeques for the family and friends. On the large, covered terrace you can enjoy great hours together at the dining table. Pool towels are provided so you do not have to bring them.
