This Holiday Rental Villa is less than 2km from Artà away. Situated in a dreamlike location surrounded by almond and carob trees, on a large property with stunning views of the surroundings and the mountains. Close by, you can visit the beautiful monastery of Betlem (aprox. 3km) and the white sandy beaches can be reached in about 5 – 10 min. by car.

The holiday Rental Villa is located on a plot of 15.000m² and invites with a living area of 220m² + terraces. It is totally equipped and offers 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, also internet connection (WIFI) and Heating for the colder days in Mallorca.

The very bright and practical living room with large windows, is equipped with TV-SAT, CD and DVD. From here you have direct access to the kitchen with dining area and the covered terrace with wonderful views of the surroundings and the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc.

Holiday Rental Villa in Majorca, Private Pool, Relax Time in the Countryside

The large terrace with a dining table, chairs as well as a Barbecue ensure a cozy gathering. The Private Pool has a length of (9.00m x 3.00m) and a depth of (0.60m – 1.80m) and facilitates entry with roman stairs. In the pool area there is garden furniture, sunbeds and a beautiful view of the mountains, the almond and carob trees and the large property, which provides for recreation.

Along the east coast there are many excursion destinations such as the famous “Cuevas del Drach” of Porto Cristo. The towns of Artà and Canyamel, with their medieval buildings, invite to interesting walks and visits. Worth a visit is the caves of Artà in the bay of Canyamel with the largest free-standing dripstone column in Europe, the so-called “Reina” (queen). A large selection of restaurants and a diverse nightlife you can reach in only a few minutes drive from the holiday rental villa, for example in Cala Ratjada. Along the east coast of the island are the famous Calas, the small, often romantic bays such as Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida. With the Golf courses S’Era de Pula, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera, there are several high-quality and popular golf courses nearby.
