This holiday villa Portocolom offers pure nature and relaxation and welcomes you in a beautiful location on a large plot of aprox. 10.000 m² in a private community of villas, surrounded by pine trees. Here you can enjoy your holiday in a private atmosphere. On 410 m², the villa in Scandinavian style offers a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning upstairs, central heating throughout the house and Wi-Fi.

The next small bays, such as the Cala Tropicana, Cala Antena or Cala Bota can be reached between 5,5 km – 10 km. Every single one is worth a visit and offers fantastic photo scenes. The beautiful harbour of Portocolom you can reach in only 5,5km.

Main floor

From the entrance area it goes over a small landing to the cozy living room, which is just like the entire main floor, bright and spacious. There is a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. Switch off from stressful everyday life, put your feet up and finally enjoy the time together with your loved ones.
The large dining table offers space for meals altogether and your favorite dishes are served directly in the adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc., so you will not miss anything when testing the Mallorcan dishes.
From the living area and the kitchen you have direct access to the outside area.

If you don’t want to or maybe can’t use the spiral staircase to the first floor you can use ideally the bedroom downstairs.

Upstairs there are the other bedrooms with air conditioning and all with separate, small hallway with closet.

The great exterior area with garden, offers space for all ages. Here everyone will find a suitable place for fitness, games and fun or just to relax. Around the private pool (6.00m x 12.00m length and 0.50m – 1.80m depth) are sun beds including pool towels ready for you to enjoy your holiday and the large parasol spends some shade. Not only the pool but also the outdoor shower provide the necessary refreshment in summer. In addition to the dining table on the covered terrace you can choose between 2 cozy lounge corners. A delicious glass of wine or a cocktail and fresh delicacies from the gas barbeque – Like this, the evening can end perfectly.
