This cozy and rural Mallorca Holiday Home invites you to relax in the middle of the island. From here you can reach the beautiful village of Villafranca de Bonany in only 2.5km, and in aprox. 13km you can reach the town of Manacor. It is the ideal location to explore the island and its best-known beaches, such as Es Trenc, which can be reached in just under 30km.

The Mallorca Holiday Home welcomes you with a plot of approximately 15.000m² and offers you a semi-detached house with a total living area of 200m², distributed over 2 floors. It is fully furnished and offers 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, as well as internet connection (WIFI).

Main floor

This Mallorca Holiday Home is practically furnished and offers after the entrance, next to a rustic living room, a kitchen equipped with dining table for 6 people, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fireplace and satellite TV. From the kitchen you reach the covered terrace, which offers another dining table to enjoy the Mediterranean summer breeze to the fullest.

Furthermore on the covered terrace you have 1 bathroom with shower, as well as the dishwasher and the washing machine.

1 bedroom with 1 bed (0.90m x 1.80m) + 1 bed (0.90m x 1.90m).

First floor

Relax on the upper floor in a small, cozy living room with sofa and different seating.

Here are 3 bedrooms available:

1 master bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m) + access to the terrace with nature views.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each of 0.90m x 1.95m).

This 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom ‘en suite’ with bathtub.

Relax and enjoy your holiday: enjoy the view of nature and relax in the Private Pool (7.50 mx 5.00 m length and 1.00 m – 1.90 m depth) with sun loungers. Read a good book Book or have your favorite drink in one of the hammocks. To cool off next to the pool there is an outdoor shower. You can spend some fun evenings on the deck with a charcoal Grill and a stone oven for cozy barbecues.
