Here you will find your well-deserved relaxation and can spend your vacation to the fullest on the spacious plot of approx. 24.000m². In the nearby villages of Sant LLorenç (4.5km) and Son Carrió (3km) you can enjoy Mallorcan life with all its delicacies in the restaurants.

The holiday villa, with its secluded location, offers a living area of 240m² in a modern country house style, so your nature holiday Mallorca will be a complete success. On 2 floors it is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, WiFi , air conditioning and central heating.

Main floor

When you enter the holiday villa you will be welcomed by bright and friendly rooms. The first living area  is accessible via a small staircase and you can relax on the sofas by the fireplace or watch a movie on the satellite TV.

At ground level you can reach the open and bright living / dining area from the entrance, which offers you next to direct access to the exterior and the terraces, a large dining table and another comfortable seating area.

From here it leads into the fully equipped kitchen which has all the important utensils and equipment such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster, micro wave, kettle.

There is also 1 guest toilet.

First floor

Upstairs are all bedrooms and a spacious terrace with sun loungers, which can be reached from the master bedroom.

Due to the big variety of comfortable relaxing and seating options, everyone will find their place to relax and to leave everyday life behind. The pool area offers refreshment with its 10.00m x 5.00m long,  private pool which is sloping so that it can be used ideally by the whole family. In the same area there is an outdoor shower and sun loungers on an elevated terrace. You decide whether you want to sunbathe extensively or enjoy a good book in the shade of the sun sail. On this terrace there is also a dining table, so you can feast your meals together comfortably here.

On the covered terrace around the house there are further cozy seating and dining areas and a gas Barbeque, so you can plan also your BBQ night just right here. On the attached sun terrace you can watch and enjoy the sunset and the wonderful natural surroundings.

The lively coastal towns of Cala Millor, Cala Bona or Sa Coma are also worth a visit, where you will find plenty of entertainment for the whole family in addition to the white sandy beaches with crystal clear water.

And if you come to enjoy the mild Mallorcan climate in the low season, it is worth visiting one of the beautiful, nearby golf courses. Or go on a bike tour to discover the island. The area around Sant Llorenç offers a perfect starting point, not only for professional cyclists.
