This cozy Seaside house is only 15m from the sea  and from Cala Morlanda away. In this beautiful cove you will enjoy the sea: you can swim, snorkel and practice a lot of other water sports you like. It is located near famous white sand beaches with crystalline waters of S’Illot (850m), Sa Coma (2.6km) and Cala Millor (7km). The house is located in an urbanization called Cala Morlanda. It is a beautiful cove that is little frequented by tourists.
The seaside house invites with 85m² of terraces surrounded by natural garden, 20m² of porches and a living area of 135m². It is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. There is air conditioning in the living room and Internet connection (WIFI).

Main Floor

The living room with air conditioning invites with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and music equipment to relaxed evenings. In the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. you can prepare great Mediterranean meals. Furthermore there is a laundry room with clothesline, ironing board and iron.

In addition there is a hammock to relax, sunbathe or read a book under the breeze of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also an outside shower to remove the sand or simply refresh yourself on hot summer days.
