Villas Majorca – Beautiful House in Sant Llorenç, 3 bedrooms, A/C and WIFI

One of our Villas Majorca is the Ref.72, which is located in the east of the island, near the Mallorcan village of Sant Llorenç (aprox. 3km). To the beautiful city of Artà it is about 10 km and the nearest white sand beaches in Cala Millor you reach in only 11.5km. The privileged position of the house is characterized by its calm and beautiful views and is the perfect location for cycling and hiking trips.

The Villa has a plot of 7000m² and a living area of 90m² + 60m² Terraces. It is totally equipped and has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Furthermore, the house has Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room as well as in 2 of the bedrooms. Internet is available (WIFI).

The bright and light-flooded living room is equipped with a sofa, satellite TV and fireplace to make yourself comfortable. In the dining area, you can try out Mallorcan specialties together and relax and sit all together, also on cooler days. In the kitchen the typical Mallorcan style was maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, etc.

There are 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m) + 1 bathroom en suite with bath tub.
1 bedroom with 2 beds (0.90mx 1.90m).
1 bedroom with 1 bed (0.90mx 1.90m) + direct access to the garden.
1 bathroom with shower.

Villas Majorca – Private Pool, Barbecue, Sun Terrace and Garden

The outdoor area invites you to relax. Surrounded by many almond and other trees, you can relax by the pool area and venture into the cool waters. The Private Pool, with roman stairs, has a length of (7.50m x 3.50m) and is (0.80m – 1.80m) deep. Whether by the pool, on the terrace or in the garden in the shade of the trees – Here everyone finds their favourite place to relax on one of the sunbeds. In the evening you can enjoy together with family or friends a great BBQ.

For a minimum period of 7 days, the final cleaning is included in the price.

The nearby sandy beaches with crystal clear waters of Cala Millor, Costa de los Pinos orCala Romantica are all within a few minutes drive. Shops are located next to Son Servera and Cala Millor, of course also in the bigger cities like Manacor, where you should not miss the weekly market on Mondays. If you want to enjoy the countryside, you can take a bike ride and discover the ‘Vía Verde’ that leads to Manacor and on the other way to Artà.
