This cozy holiday home with pool offers not only a lovely view of the mountains and nature but also a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. In addition to a great ambience, the property offers you good connections to the beautiful cities of Artà and Son Servera as well as the numerous sandy beaches along the east coast.

On a property of about 90,000 m² the Holiday Home offers a living area of 250 m², with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Air-Conditioning in the upper bedrooms, Wifi and central heating (Gas/Oil) in the entire house.

Main floor

From the terrace you get to the open, cozy kitchen with fireplace. In addition to a dining table, the kitchen also offers you all the important utensils such as gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave etc .. A few steps down you get to the spectacular living room, which impresses with its vaulted stone walls and ceiling and warm colors offers a cozy, rustic place to relax. The living room is equipped with sofas, satellite TV and a dining table. Ideal for a joint dinner in the cooler season. From here you also have direct access to the large outdoor terrace. Furthermore you can find on the main floor a second living area with sofas and also:

First floor

The holiday home is ideally set up for holidaymakers and has a washing machine, iron / ironing board, hairdryer and mosquito nets on all bedroom windows.

The exterior offers numerous idyllic retreats, which all have the privilege to be favorite place. The private pool with sea  view ( 9,00 m x 4,00 m length, 1,10 m – 1,80 m depth) was built on an elevated level to offer these spectacular views of the landscape all the way to the Mediterranean Sea and the area was surrounded with hedges and Mediterranean plants so that you and your family can enjoy your privacy. You can forget the time on one of the 8 sun loungers and just relax all day long. If it gets too warm, parasols provide sufficient shade and the outdoor shower also helps to cool off.

Whether you want to read a good book or play cards; the stoned seating next to the pool area is definitely a good option. Or maybe you prefer the furnished roof terrace? From here you have everything in sight! The Mallorcan flair has been retained on the large, covered terrace. You all feast together at the dining table; ideally the freshly prepared dishes from  the brick barbeque area. In two sofa corners you can enjoy Mallorcan country life, just as you like it. Whether with a good Mallorcan wine, a fresh sangria or just daydreaming and enjoying the landscape. There are many options here. As a further highlight there is a table tennis plate. Boredom on vacation? No, thanks.
