Family Holiday Majorca – One of our properties is this beautiful, rural holiday house, which is ideal for family vacations. Located near the village of Son Carrio (about 3km) on the east coast of Mallorca, you can reach within a few minutes the beautiful small sandy beaches, in Porto Cristo or Cala Morlanda.

The house with a plot of 4.000m², offers plenty of space for the whole family and is fully equipped with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and WIFI. The living area is distributed into the main house with 140m² (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms), 1 studio from 35m² (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom), as well as 1 studio from 20m² (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom).

Main house

The interior is furnished in simple and typical Majorcan style. In the living-/dining area you can enjoy your hours together by the fireplace and finish your day totally relaxed. The sofa area and dining table offer space for the whole family. Of course, there is also internet (Wifi) and satellite TV. Fully equipped the kitchen welcomes you with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, water cooker etc.

The further division of the main house:

1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.60m x 2.00m) + 1 bathroom with shower
1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m)
1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 1.10m x 2.00m)

1 bathroom with bathtub.

The two studios are located right next to the main house:

1 studio with living room, fireplace + kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m),  1 bathroom with shower
1 studio with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 1.80m) + 1 bathroom with shower (suitable for wheelchairs)

The main house and one of the studios have a safe and there are 4 fans. In the winter months electric radiators can be provided.

Family Holiday Majorca – fenced Pool Area, Big Garden, Barbecue

The highlight for the whole family is the large outdoor area. On the large porch you start the day relaxing, with a great view to the pool. The large, well-kept garden, offers space to play or to find a quiet place to read your favorite book. The pool area is fenced, so you do not have to worry about the youngest one. The private Pool (12.00m x 6.00m length, depth 0.80m – 2.00m) offers easier access by its roman steps. At the pool you relax on one of the 8 sunbeds and enjoy the sunshine. The trees on the plot spend shadow, if you prefer to take a nap outside. In the evening enjoy the great Barbecue area. Furthermore, an outside shower is available and pool towels will be provided.

For a minimum rental period of 7 days, the final cleaning is included in the price.
