This beautiful Holiday House Majorca is located in the town of  Sant Llorenç des Cardàssar, east of Majorca, 10 km from Porto Cristo. The surroundings of the house is ideal to discover the great landscape along the East Coast. The built “Vía Verde” invites to bike tours.

The property has a plot of 345m², with a living area of 195m², is distributed on 2 floors and fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. There is Air conditioning (living- and bedroom en suite), as well as Internet (WIFI). Enjoy a cozy ambience and the typical, rustic, mallorcan flair.

The kitchen with direct access to the terrace, is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster etc. and has a dining area for 6 people.
In the living /dining area you can enjoy with fireplace, sofa, DVD, Sat-TV and stereo and furthermore a dining table for 6 persons.

There is a covered terrace with a dining table which overlooks the Garden and pool. In the garden with orange trees, you can relax while sunbathing or take a jump into the private pool (length of 6.00m x 2.00m and a depth of 0.80m – 1.60m).

There is a garage which you can use, to park your car during your stay.
