Holiday Rental – perfect for Families with 3 bedrooms, Air Conditioning and WIFI

Holiday in Mallorca – This modern house which was built in 2008 and its idyllic location are ideal for your family holiday. The house is located about 4km from Porto Cristo, in the east Mallorca, where you can enjoy great views of the slightly hilly landscape of the Serra Levante. From here, you can discover the small bays along the East coast, and if you prefer more movement you can start a wonderful cycling tour or go hiking here.

The property has a total area of 3.500m² and the house is equipped on 110m² with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as internet connection (WIFI) and air conditioning (cold/warm).

The large living room has a fireplace, sofa, satellite TV and music system for a cozy gathering. In the dining area you can enjoy your meals together. Practical, especially when traveling with smaller children, is the open kitchen from which you have the whole living room in view. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the holiday house, which are divided as follows:

1 bedroom with a bed (1.80m x 2.00m) + air conditioning (cold/warm)
1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 0.90m x 1.90m) + air conditioning (cold/warm)
1 bedroom with bunk bed (each 0.90m x 1.90m)

1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as 1 laundry with washing machine.

Holiday Rental – with Pool, Garden and BBQ – close to the beaches

The outdoor area invites with its Garden and, of course, the Private Pool to relaxed hours under the Mallorcan sun. The pool (5.00m x 10.00m) long and (0.60m – 1.80m) deep is surrounded by a wooden deck. This is especially convenient when you are traveling with children, as the risk of slipping is reduced. Enjoy sunbathing on one of the sunbeds around the pool. The outside shower is provided for refreshment. On the covered terrace at the house you have a dining table and there is a Barbecue ready to enjoy the summer nights.

Rest of the year: 213€

For a minimum rental period of 7 days, the final cleaning is included in the price.

Pets only on request!

The heating will be charged additionaly with 70€/week.

Porto Cristo is one of the most visited places on the island because of its beautiful beach in a small bay with incomparable charm, as well as the world famous caves the “Cuevas del Drach“. It is an important tourist zone between Costa de los Pinos and Cala Murada. Porto Cristo is a place with a very beautiful landscape and a small fishing village. Enjoy one of the many small “calas” in the area, white and flat-sloping beaches with turquoise waters. From here you can discover the south-east coast of the island.
