Mallorca Villas Rentals – This beautiful holiday house is situated in the Southeast of the island, within only 2km from Cala d’Or, where you can go shopping, enjoy restaurants, bars and the nightlife. The Villa convinces with its cosiness and proximity to the bay of Cala Mitjana. Within only in just a few minutes by car, you can reach beautiful small sandy bays, which invite for swimming and a sunbath.

The Villa plot has 1.000m² and offers a living area of 220m² distributed on 2 floors. The “Petit” Version, which is bookable here, is totally equipped and has 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + 1 guest Toilet, Central heating (throughout the house) and Internet (WIFI).

Main floor

The main floor in the Villa offers a cozy living room with satellite TV, as well as a large dining table.

First floor

Another living / dining room invites you to a cozy get-together. In the sofa corner you can relax with Sat- TV, DVD + CD and spend pleasant hours at the large dining table. You have direct access to a large and covered terrace from which you have a beautiful view to the sea.
The large terrace has been converted into a winter Garden and has a further dining table and a comfortable seating corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. From here you have also direct access to the covered terrace.

Mallorca Villas Rentals – with Private Pool, Garden and BBQ zone

In the exterior area you can enjoy the Private Pool (10.00m x 5.00m length and 0.00m – 1.80m depth) which allows access via a roman staircase and Pool towels will be provided too. At the pool area you can relax on one of the cozy sun beds and take a nice sun bath. To refresh yourself there is an outdoor shower and parasols are also available. Relax in the Garden or have a great barbecue at the Barbecue area where you can prepare fresh meat and fish specialties. In the exterior there is of course also a large dining table for the whole family.
